Rooms & Rates:
We have 28 rooms. All are single rooms. Our weekly rate is $255 per week.
There is a one week security deposit of $255 collected upon checking in. This amount is returned to guest upon departure
(as long as guest gives one week notice prior to departure and as long as nothing is damaged in the room).
The average room size is 8” x 14”, and are fully furnished with: Single bed, closet, desk and chair, TV, wireless internet (optional with minimal fee), vanity and sink with hot and cold water, refrigerator, air-conditioning and central heating. No cooking is allowed. However, microwaves and electric kettles are O.K.
Only one person permitted in each room. No exception.
Shared bathrooms- there are two toilets and one shower on each floor.
