About Us:
3 East 3rd Dorm is a 3 story brownstone located in the
popular neighborhood of New York City in Downtown
Manhattan known as Noho (North of Houston).
Our family run business provides furnished rooms in a
comfortable and safe setting. The building provides affordable housing accomodations for students and interns alike for over 20 years.
We are a weekly dormitory, but most guest stay for an
average of a couple of months.
We do not accommodate daily hotel tourist.
